Emma Group is a family office focused on venture building. I led independent market research and feasibility assessments for new business ideas through 0-to-1 sprints.

• For Bunny Labs, I mapped the human data market for multimodal models and robotics labs (VLA), building relationships with researchers at xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, AI Fund, Samsung, and Adobe.
• Worked on Bunny Social, a platform that connects brands with nano-creators.
• Helped shape the thesis that later became Torrenegra Consulting: an FDE-as-a-Service model for companies with $2M+ in annual revenue implementing AI workflows.

Co-founded and operated this program with Shark Tank investor Alexander Torrenegra to support bootstrapped founders.

• Relaunched in 2024 as a fully bootstrapped company and hit breakeven in just 2 months
